John V. Hobday, CEO and Founder of HealthCare Interactive, is one of the leading dementia-care educators in the country. Over the past 20 years, he has trained hundreds of thousands of professional and family caregivers with his CARES ® online training programs. His training has impacted the care of millions of people with memory loss, Alzheimer’s disease, or other forms of dementia. His work has been recognized and recommended by the Alzheimer’s Association, Medicare/Medicaid, the Department of Veterans Affairs, the American Health Care Association, the National Center on Assisted Living, and the National Hospice and Palliative Care Organization.

Deborah Richman is currently the Executive Manager for Becketwood Cooperative in Minneapolis, MN She received her Bachelor of Science Degree from the University of Wisconsin-Oshkosh. Her 25+ year professional career has been focused in senior services primarily in the areas of program development and education/training for staff, family and community. She has presented at the international, national, state and local level for a variety of health related organizations and community groups.
